Regarding my marks for Receptionists. I would have awarded 5 Stars. However due to one occasion in recent months I have to make a point. During a telephone conversation concerning an urgent request for medicine following discharge from Hospital following a Heart attack I asked for help and was brought to tears due to my stressed condition by the response from the prescription clerk. Fortunately it was resolved by my wife's intervention with another member of staff. I am very disappointed to have to raise this. I did not complain at the time.
