A very good Practice. The only reason why it did not get the full bag of stars is that it can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone during the early morning busy period. I am not sure what if anything can be done about this, though I have no doubt that the management have thought long and hard about it. I have been a patient at this Practice since the 1960s and have never had reason to look elsewhere for medical support. Now that the problems of limited space experienced whilst at Pope Road have been overcome things are much easier for both Patients and staff. Listening to comments from friends and acquaintances about experiences at other Practices the Bromley Common Practice is certainly well up there.

Thank you so much for your comments. I agree that it can sometimes be hard to get through on the phone, especially first thing in the morning. I would recommend our online services which allow you to book appointments and reorder medication online, or via an app, rather than over the telephone. You can sign up via our website or by talking to one of our reception team. If you don't need an urgent appointment or are ringing with a query it is often easier to get through later in the day.

I have been a patient at this practice for 31 years. The appointment system has improved over the years and being able to book appointments online as well as order my repeat presecriptions and have them sent to my local pharmacy is brilliant. I want great care need to amend the final question to encompass online booking. I find that all staff are helpful and the receptionists do their best to assist you even when I have witnessed people being rude to them, they remain professional. Nursing staff are excellent too. I think we are lucky to have such great doctors who listen to suggestions from the patient group and the original extended hours morning surgerywhich has now been extended came out of the patient group. Anyone working in any part of the NHS is under pressure. I think we should be grateful the team we have at the practice are so dedicated to us the patients.

Thank you for your kind and considered feedback. The practice works hard to continually improve and our patient group is a real asset to us in that regard.

The surgery building is new, modern, bright and clean. The receptionists are polite and very helpful. The doctor (Dr Chandan) I have been seeing for the past few weeks has been doing everything he can to help me, and is kind and caring.
