Overall the staff are very helpful. Clinical staff and non clinical appear to care. The receptionists will help you including phoning you if they have a cancellation. The GPs listen to your concerns without rushing you. Those I have seen have been brilliant when I have needed support. The smoking cessation worker has been very supportive also (smoke free for 4 months).
