I visited to get a finger wound re-dressed following an original visit to the Charing Cross UCC. The nurse who saw me did not keep me waiting beyond my appointment time, dealt with me very professionally, did not make me feel even stupider than I already do over the cause of the injury, and completed the redressing within the 15 minutes allowed for the appointment. Throughout the nurse was also extremely cheerful and upbeat. I also ended up with a much better shaped dressing than I got at the UCC that will now make it much easier to get gloves over the wound so I can get my hand wet/dirty without concern
In short I could not have been better treated.
