It varies, depending on the pressure from other patients on what is inevitably a limited resource. I have found all the staff at Boileau Road Surgery to be helpful, from first contact with the receptionist through to contact with the nurse and other support staff and with the doctors themselves.

I consider that everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently today.
