I found the surgery receptionists very helpful and pleasant. The doctors also were very helpful and gave me the attention I needed and did not rush me through the consultation. The practice nurse gave very useful information regarding my asthma.

Reception has only one person who is unable to cope with phone and visitors, had to wait in long que when visiting and phone calls very difficult to get through
