From the outside the portacabin building doesn't give a good impression but the staff here are fantastic. I am a fairly new patient and was especially impressed with Amanda and Michelle. They are both really approachable and friendly and so helpful. It would be really beneficial to the local community if they were able to expand the practice and offer more services here.

Ive been with the surgery for a almost 2 years. I chose that surgery because it was the closest one where I lived. Unfortunately it was always very difficult to get an appointment to the doctors. I have a small son and can't risk not to get appointment on the day if he gets ill. I was send few times to go to stowmarket or riverside clinic. Well that's not good enough. If I'm with Claydon clinic I would like to be seen there and not to look for app somewhere else. In the end I decided to move to other surgery in Ipswich. I think Claydon needs bigger surgery and more doctors and staff it's too small for the area that they cover.

I attended the surgery today for a minor surgical procedure of a mole removal. I was briefed fully before hand by Dr. Naqvi on what the procedure involved. The team helped me to feel relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. Many thanks to Dr. Tipu Naqvi and the healthcare assistant who assisted him today for putting me at ease and providing all round great care and advice.

I have undertaken a review of care received primarily from 2012 - 2013 but in fact is ongoing. The Practice Lead and the Staff have been instrumental and very clear in enabling me to have access to high quality care as a patient, but also as a reviewer. This has been to provide access to copies of all of my GP medical records and in-depth discussions based on my capacity for decision-making during a period of Mental trauma. I have been granted access to speak to my GP and together to rifle through medical records and discuss my history. Due to excellence in upholding transparency and protection of information, I am privileged to be able to make these assertion. -Appointments have been easy to make and I have been warmly received. -Care has been consistent and across many different changes in medication, my opinion has been valued and well followed through. The records have been succinct and in depth - the only critique I hold is that repeated prescriptions do not refer directly to the original diagnosis as succinctly and clearly as I would hope. I can only offer that a more strict referencing system may be used when different Dr's issue repeat prescriptions so that during long-term periods of medication, the original diagnosis is observed or coded. All in all, this is a very small critique over a period of excellent care and an open door, with welcoming and engaging staff, that has been most appreciated.
