When doctor is running over 1 hour late it would be good to be told when booking in i.e appointment 17:10- seeing doctor 18:26.

My whole experience today and over the last week makes me feel reassured that I have had the best possible care. Everyone have been patient, understanding and caring. Thank you to all of you, you do an amazing job in often difficult and unappreciative times.

Jess always offers an excellent experience done with expertise and always a suite. Dr G Worsley - saw today. Dr Worsley has and is always there for me - a fantastic GP who truly cares for her patients.

I am very happy with the care and advice my usual GP gives me when I see him, this is why I am only happy to see the Doctor whom I feel knows me well and I am confident in discussing my health concerns with.
However the practice has become so big problems arise when trying to get an appointment, especially when wanting to see my own Doctor. The situation can be very frustrating.
