Appointment reminder by text to mobile is excellent. Dr was ready to see me very punctually. So far in the most time we have been here we have always experienced excellent service.

A patient for 18 years I have not had any cause to ever query or complain about any aspect of this Surgery. Dr. Miles, his partners and their nurses and staff are really excellent. Yesterday I had occasion to need to see a doctor that day and upon calling reception I was booked to see the duty doctor Morris late afternoon. After consultation Dr. Morris prepared the prescription himself in the absence (early evening) of the pharmacist the Receptionist, still on duty arranged a blood test for today. All this in excellent spirit. Where in the country would one get this standard of service in a Health Centre? Very very seldom I suspect!

I have had reason to attend the surgery several times during the last few months. On each occasion I have been very impressed with the care I have received from my own GP (Dr Tweedie) and Dr Lewis (who I saw at an emergency appointment and also spoke to on the phone). Dr Tweedie 'left no stone unturned' trying to discover what my problem was. She has always been very professional and conscientious as well as being very kind and supportive. As well as the GP's, the receptionists and nurses at the surgery are always friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed by the speed of getting my appointment this morning. My phone call was answered straight away: no being put on hold and listening to a whole symphony before I could speak to someone! The receptionist was polite and helpful and despite the surgery being extremely busy, I was seen in good time. The receptionist recognised me after five months and checked me in without me uttering a word! The doctor (Dr Morris) was kind, understanding and did not try to rush me despite his hectic workload and I saw how he had helped the elderly patient whom he had seen before me, to get up from his seat and walk in to the consulting room. I really cannot fault the Apples Surgery and their patient, helpful and friendly staff. Keep up the good work

I am a patient with another surgery and needed to see a GP urgently. I was given an appointment for the same evening and all staff were extremely kind and caring- especially the receptionist on shift on the evening of 29th Dec, Dr Lewis and the nurse I saw the morning of 30th Dec. Thank you so much, it is so appreciated.
