Reception could/should be more welcoming. Punctuality - although I have come to expect lateness to be the norm. Had to wait a week for initial appointment.

Appointment reminder by text to mobile is excellent. Dr was ready to see me very punctually. So far in the most time we have been here we have always experienced excellent service.

My father needed emergency respite care on Dec 16. The day he went into the care his surgery in Basing Stoke phoned to say he needed to go into hospital(low sodium). I registered him temporarily with Dr Morris, we had a long and totally supportive conference with him and he visited dad that evening, backed by rapid transfer of records from Busing Stoke dad did not go at hospital, has made a steady recovery and us setting in to a new life in Leighs. NHS care at its most excellent.
