My father needed emergency respite care on Dec 16. The day he went into the care his surgery in Basing Stoke phoned to say he needed to go into hospital(low sodium). I registered him temporarily with Dr Morris, we had a long and totally supportive conference with him and he visited dad that evening, backed by rapid transfer of records from Busing Stoke dad did not go at hospital, has made a steady recovery and us setting in to a new life in Leighs.
NHS care at its most excellent.
