I have had a problem since 27th December 23. I have found if you want treatment for the same complaint, I have found it much easier to treat myself by getting the medication off the internet. AMAZON or EBAY. This is because it is normally delivered the next day. Much quicker than waiting for a doctor's appointment.

Allow patients to book appointments instead of telling receptionists what the problem is. As they have not got a clue what the patient wants as the receptionists are not trained medically or clinically.

Never see the same doctor twice ,terrible reception service, no follow up or personal care.

It is hard to get an appointment and i can be waiting on the phone for 15 minutes before even making a decision on what i need. Then after i have made the decision it can take another 10 to 15 minutes before i actually talk to the receptionist. There are hardly any appointments and even if you go to the doctor's to make an appointment it is empty. So why is it so hard to get appointments. A couple of the male doctors have dismissed my wife symptoms and told her that it was all in her head which angered me greatly. I have received more useful advice a care from the nurse practitioner and i always try and avoid talking to the doctor's and try and get an appointment with the nurse instead.

As at all surgeries it can be difficult to get through on phone but they have put in place a local rate number which is a big bonus
