I was worried about moving surgery due to me and my son having slightly complex health issues and was happy with my old surgery. However the comparison between my old surgery and this surgery is amazing. My experience has been nothing but positive. Ny son has autism and they go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. The Nurse I have seen and my doctor are really friendly. Always polite, never make you feel like a pain. I feel your listened to and have a say in what happens. They ring you and keep you up to date or if you need further bloods- instead of you chasing them. I feel the doctors really put time in for their patients. Most of the reception staff are friendly, you never have to wait to be put through to someone and I have always managed to get an appointment far quicker than my old surgery. And issues with prescriptions are sorted out very fast. The surgery is clean, doesn’t seem to be that busy and I’ve never had to wait long at all. Which always amazes me! My son finds the surgery a calming atmosphere which means a lot from a child who has a severe anxiety disorder. I am honestly glad we moved surgeries. I’ve always had slight anxiety over doctors appointments with how I have been treated in the past but I feel so much happier with my current doctor and surgery. I really do not understand why they don’t get better reviews. Amazing surgery. Great doctors and nurses! They definitely do not get enough credit. You couldn’t ask more from a surgery! I’m Not one to single anyone out but The nurse Nina and Dr Rudgley my doctor are amazing!

Sixteen months ago my husband passed away and I would like to say that all of the support we had was accessed with the help and support of the practice. Everyone we came into contact with was incredibly supportive. My husband wanted to pass away at the local hospital and Dr Mottram organised it all for us. Then , just before Christmas my mother passed away at my home and , once again the surgery stepped in with help and support and Dr Mottram is still supporting me and my family. Thank you so very much for all your help and hard work.

Very helpful reception staff. Gave me an appointment within an hour. I saw the Doctor at the time specified and she was very helpful, professional and friendly. She gave me the advice and treatment that was exactly what I needed. I try not to go to the surgery too often as it is very busy but when I do need to go, I am treated very well. I would recommend the practice to anyone moving to the area or looking to change G.P's
