The receptionist I spoke to this morning 5/4/23 was totally rude and I think she fancied herself as a doctor. This is not the first problem I have had with this surgery.
Suggested improvements
Receptionist could actually listen to the patients and what the doctor told them to do about returning to work full time.

An absolute waste of time very unprofessional missed diagnosed my sister for pain hadn't noticed the med she was on was the problem so it ruptured her intestine an she got sepsis ,IV just been for bad back an instantly wanting too put me on the same meds as my sister without even looking very unethical
