I tried all week finally was in line no 9 then went to no 1 and got cut off tried again and no 22 at the finish I went to doctors to try get appointment

The waiting time on phone is horrendous never get appointments

Been coming to surgery nearly 80 years easier to get appointment now than past but still difficult to get that phone appointment even at7.30

Staff always try and help which is appreciated even since Maureen became a tv star she is still down to earth. Just joking

Always lovely staff. Pleasant and efficient. Excellent service. I have had several appointments with Charlotte. And she is always lovely. Relaxed manner. Gentle, thorough and very efficient in relaying to the doctors and following up.

At the moment. Nothing could have been done better.

I was lucky to get an appointment on the day, however this isn’t always as easy. Sometimes by the time you wait in the queue, all the appointments are gone and there are no pre booked appointments available. This is hard for people who work full time. I seen Dr Thompson who is very professional and understanding. She actually listens to you and is very thorough.

Offer the option to pre book appointments when there’s none available on the day. We can’t all ring every day.
