I've been with this surgery since I was born. I'm 45 now and recently have had to access the services alot for various reasons. I've never had any issues at all with accessing services, I also have the patient access app which is amazing and recommend others to use, if able. I have friends/family who have quite a lot of issues with their surgeries, I'm happy to say I do not, the only negative is not having your own GP, but I think this is how it is now and all GP's/Practice nurses I have encountered have been amazing

Very supportive admin team, nurses and GPs.
