Usually fantastic service from GPs. Some receptionists are kinder than others.

Suggested improvements
Update the telephone service to allow a queue system, sometimes takes ringing back 150+ times to get through for an appointment first thing on a morning. Keep patients updated on changes and issuing of medication when instigated by consultant.
