I called the Team Health Care surgery at 1.45pm today, the phone had been busy all morning the receptionist put me through to speak directly with Dr Okonkwo my GP and was told to come directly to surgery at 2.45pm today I was treated and had my prescription sent directly to my local pharmacy and I collected it at 3.25pm today this has been our family surgery for 22 years and we could not ask for better care from our NHS.

Difficult to get an appointment easily with a particular doctor. have to book at least 2 wks in advance
