The GP'S I have no issue with but the receptionist can to with more training in manners. I find then rude and unhelpful I've been attached to this surgery all my life but I'm not looking for another practice.

I have been registered with this practice since 1999. I have had varied health issues over the years. Every single issue was dealt with promptly and with extreme professionalism no matter which Doctor I saw. The reception staff are very polite, courteous and helpful no matter what the question is. The nurses do an excellent job and are lovely. I recommend Taybank Medical Centre to all I meet because they don't just do their job they do it with panache.
