I am fed up of trying to send a message only to be told “wrong department “ it needs to be made more clear which is for what not only is it embarrassing sending a message everyone can see but it’s also time consuming frustrating and upsetting to have to keep starting again with a problem !

Make things clearer for which department is for what !
