I have found all the staff very helpful. My mum has dementia and the staff are always kind and understanding and go out of their way to help. Our GP is Dr E Cochrane and she is marvelous. Mum and I really appreciate the good care we receive.

the Staff in Reception are always very helpful and try to get you in the same day. I personally have never had a problem when making an appointment.The system at the Surgery is very efficient where you check in on a computer,to confirm name ,date of birth etc,it confirms time of arrival,and will also tell you if the Surgery is running late.
