The staff at Tattenham health centre are wonderful. The reception team are very helpful and kind. My GP is Dr Cochrane she is very patient listens to my concerns and gives excellent care and treatment.

The team here are brilliant. Notice is too difficult and their help in urgent matters is brilliant - they understand and respond in the right ways. Over and above the cal of duty.

The nurse who saw me was really friendly and professional and explained the procedure, however my appointment was at 12:00 but I didn't get in to see her until after 12:30, that's after struggling to get an appointment 2 weeks in advance in the first place as no nurse at the practice works beyond 2:30, it meant I had to work extra time at work because I went over my lunch break. There doesn't seem to be any consideration for patients time who turn on time or a little early, you get told off if you're late or don't make it (without cancelling) yet if the practice is late more often than not there's no apology and it's just a deal with attitude. If it wasn't for my GP I'd move, I always seem to get the unhelpful receptionist, who while I was waiting for my appointment chatting to each other and ignoring the phones or when they did pick up they put the person on hold so they could continue their conversation which was not work related, now I've tried to say no when I've phoned and they say can they put me hold when I've already waited over 15 mins to get through but they put you on hold anyway. It's often a nightmare to get appointments in advance or on the day. I think they should stay open a little longer to accommodate their many patients that work full time and aren't always able to take time during the day to see the doctor.
