I am most disappointed at the loss of Dr. Stephenson. I am really surprised that her patients were not notified. I do not now know if I have a dedicated doctor or a doctor at all. Vic Fraser

I get the impression that the practice does its best with minimal resources. There is a lot of unknowns, for example, why the practice is only open the hours it is and probably myths, for example, why have I never met the Doctor with whom I am registered; I assume I have just not had an appointment at the time when my Doctor is in the practice. From what I know of the practice I would imagine it has a massive number of patients within its catchment area and it has to make often quite hard decisions in terms of the level of service and prioritisations, so trying to offer something close to a service is probably very demanding. I welcome the PPG initiative and think this is the first of many steps in the right direction.

Dr. Shabrokh has been our family doctor for more than 10 years, and has always been kind, patient, and helpful. My wife suffered a severe stroke some years ago, and he has been particularly supportive throughout the recovery and post-recovery period. The practice is friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. The only problem is that they're busy, so getting an appointment can sometimes be a trial - although the new telephone queuing system is a great improvement. Overall the whole family feels that we get great care from the practice.

My wife and I have been patients at Tadworth Medical Centre for about 20 years and have never been disappointed with the service and care received. suggestions: I would like to see a receptionist at the front desk again.

We have an issue with a receptionist on the front desk. There would be no privicy for the patient and receptionist having a conversation. This is the reason why we have a radio playing to drown our conversations and preserve confidentiality. Practice Manager
