Call at 8.30 in the mornimg only to be told there is no appointments available that day as they only have 2 doctors in, how can you call your self a doctors surgery? Absolute joke.. all these people that need to see a doctor and cant defiantly be goimg to a new surgery!

I made my appointment by the internet as it wasn't an urgent need. I found Dr Chase to be a lovely young woman who was interested in what I had to say and gave me sound advice. So nice to be made to feel a person instead of just an older person of no interest. Well done

The online system does not work. I have reported it but to no avail. I cannot see the point of offering (and paying I assume) for a service that is rarely functioning. It creates too much frustration.

It’s liteally impossible to get an appointment here, been trying for 3 days to get an appointment for my CHILD ring at 8.30 every morning to be told at 8.37 there’s no appointments for 3 days running!! absolutely disgusting I can’t get an appointment for a ill child!!!!

I called into the surgery on Monday 4th June for appt. and was given one to see Chelsea the Nurse Practitioner. She was very professional, kind and efficient. She told me to ring the surgery on Wednesday pm for results and I was unable to do so but intended to call on Thursday morning. Chelsea rang me on the Thursday am to tell me the results were fine. I really appreciated her care and dedication in her job. Thank you very much. Margaret Tickner
