Attended shingles jab appointment on time (14 October 2016).
Told by nurse "Sorry we have run out of shingles vaccine."
Question: on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate that level of management incompetency?
CQC inspection report May 2016 rates TMC as "Overall Inadequate" ...
