Appointment system is disgusting!!!!!! Patients have to queue outside surgery at 8am in hope of getting an appointment. Often all appointments have gone before you get to see receptionist! Receptionists do their best but are as frustrated as patients when they cannot give appointments required. Some patients return several times before getting an appointment. Telephone requests are just as bad! Patients who need to be seen give up and someone will end up seriously ill due to lack of care!!
