Suggested improvements
Could improve communication as wasn't told I had diabetes from a blood test taken in Aug, but when I got problems from the diabetes in Nov I was told was due to my diabetes then I was given medication. No one followed up the blood test so I was unaware for 3 months I was ill.

Receptionists are fab, especially Gemma.
Suggested improvements
Econs is ridiculous! Filled one out for someone else and it was a toe problem but due to the silly choices by the time it got to the doctor it was marked as 'rash'. No where near what the problem was really!!
