Good morning, I would just like to say thank you to Nina Morello. I sent a query to the reception team, and it was dealt with very quickly. I really appreciate all the hard work.

I find the online footfall system really easy to use, and find this a lot easier than ringing the practice/or visiting. My query was dealt with within 24hrs. Thanks for you help

I would like to send a note of thanks to the Sunnymeed pharmacist who called on Monday 28 Feb to go through all the medications of my mother. I am afraid I didn't catch her name - but the attention to detail and support she provided was absolutely excellent. In all the years of looking after my mother ( and via her previous GP practice) I have never had this service, which I am sure is also a huge benefit to the GP's. Thank you and Well done to Sunnymeed!

I hope I have captured the reason for writing above - inshort- this is to commend Sunnymeed for providing an excellent service and brilliantly delivered by their staff.

8th November 2021 Excellent service yet again this time from Leslie within Sunny Meed surgery. Did not receive a letter from a hospital consultation so Leslie contacted me and ensured my consultation and appointment was within the six month allotted time. She was kind empathetic yet efficient & knowledgable guiding me through the process to a perfect result. I’m really at a loss at some of the negative comments but perhaps being polite & courtesy while realising receptionists secretaries and doctors are seeing hundreds of people who are perhaps not at their best might help. Due to a relatives illness I’ve seen Drs Rankin, Andy ,Burke nurse Holly and most of the receptions and managers. They have always been helpful and kind. Having visited all the surgeries when moving to Woking years ago Sunney Meed stood out and in my opinion still does after 6 years. For the skeptics I have no connection whatsoever with the surgery or personnel apart from being a patient.

Emailing via website is always a bit hit and miss. .

Yesterday I came to the surgery for an emergency appointment and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. The two medical students could not Have been kinder or more attentive. They called upon Andy for support also and the three of them then gave me exceptional care and attention. Please pass on my many thanks to them in taking such good care if me. I know the help I needed disrupted the surgery yesterday and would like to extend my thanks to those who covered the patients that they could not see due to me. Admin staff to for reassigning patients. You were all wonderful, thank you.
