One of the best G.P. surgeries I have ever been to. Dr Williams in particular is a great G.P. - you are never rushed and he always listens, never makes you feel silly. The receptionists could be friendlier although I'd hate their job! Only gripe would be that the wait for an appointment to see a named doctor is sometimes a long one but that said you can always be seen by a G.P. the same day in an emergency. Should set the standard for all G.P. surgeries.

Dr. H. Williams - very helpful over the many years we have dealt with him. He is always willing to listen to what you have to say and deal with any problems or will pass you on to the L & D if need be.
Receptionist very helpful on arrival.
Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone for appointments when busy.
