It can take time to get an appointment mostly because there a far too many patients for the size of the centre, too many people not enough doctors or space.

Sunbury Health Centre has taken a lot of negative press of late and under the circumstances I do not feel it is fully justified. Yes your call can take quite some time to be answered but bear in mind what they are dealing with and the amount of people the surgery are currently serving. I recently needed to speak and see a Dr quite quickly and both the Receptionist and Duty Doctor were nothing short of excellent to me and for me. My welfare was foremost with both parties and despite their hectic rounds of patient calls and visits I was never rushed or made to feel routine. Thank you Sunbury Health Centre!

I was recently diagnosed with Terminal Pulmonary Fibrosis and I cannot thank Dr Bilagi enough for her compassion and understanding in seeing me through this illness. Her support is invaluable, I feel at ease in talking to her and sharing my concerns. The receptionists show the same support, and do their utmost to help when appointment is needed. Yes, they are a busy surgery, however they do not deserve the abuse some patients feel it necessary to give them, especially when they are doing their utmost to help. Thank you to all

there is a monumental black hole thee singular 'missing piece' in the jigsaw that has rendered the practise to verge on ' unfit for purpose' ? who are the various persons in nhs who cowardly hide ? who could promptly rectify ? who are the real culprits ? they are unfit for purpose and need replaced pronto ? that is negligent. culpable. demands the law. the staff and the patients deserve greatest recognition in respecting each other....albeit at breaking point. hg-l

This surgery is stretched to breaking point. The building needs a complete overhall and clean - the walls are filthy and I would hate to think about all the germs that are in the waiting rooms. I don't believe they have been cleaned or redecorated in the 5 years that I have lived in the area. In some of the rooms the tiles are off the walls above the sinks and they are full of books, which again are a breeding ground for germs. Even if you are sick, it really isn't a very welcoming place. It needs a complete overhaul. Redecoration, steam clean to get rid of germs - rooms tidied up and redecorated. The paintwork needs redoing desperately. Ultimately the building is far too small for the number of patients it has to cater for and if we are now all going to have to put up with the extra houses on the London Irish ground, then there needs to be an additional surgery in the area to cater for all the patients that now require healthcare.
