It is close to impossible to make an appointment unless you come in early in the morning or manage to get through the phone in the morning. The waiting list is about 2 weeks for a doctor and 3 weeks for a nurse. Had to take a day off to have an appointment with a nurse at 11am and after 9am on the day got a call that this appointment has been cancelled and the next available one to book is in 3 weeks time. Had to take another day off to attend. Would be helpful to have a late evening clinic at least once a week for people who work 5 days a week and have to commute to London.

The staff in the reception are rude. I hope there is a camera or CCTV there and voice recording so there is an evidence on how they treat patients. We go there because we need care and treatment. There is always a notice there saying treat the staff nicely. I was never rude or disrespectful to them. But there was never a moment that I went there that they smiled at me. I hope I was wrong.

I can't give enough praise to all the staff in the practice from the time a member of staff picks up the phone though to seeing a nurse or doctor they provide the best service posable. If our doctor is not available another doctor will step in and resolve any issues I have. I can go on but it might get boring. The practice try's to get right first time But there will be times when it doesn't quite happen for everyone. As for me it works and I couldn't be happier.

I have tried to get an appointment to get injections. Cancelled twice, now going uncovered. Let me and wife down badly
