I found my recent experience to be very poor. I have struggled to get an appointment. They did not return my phone Call. They had the wrong information about me. When I complained the practice manager did not seem interested at all. I am very disappointed . Poor service and care.

I have never seen the same doctor twice (even for the same condition). Which means that you need a few appointments to get answers. This is so frustrating, because you can wait up to 2 weeks for an appointment.

Studholme have added another fantastic doctor to their team. His name is Dr Tharmarajah He greeted me with a friendly handshake which made me feel very welcome. As well as treating me for my infection, he also took time to speak to me about my current medication and conditions. A very polite, caring, and thorough young man.

My doctor is very helpful and caring. I never feel rushed and she always has time to sit and listen to me, giving good advice and help. Everything is dealt with promptly and professionally, and always followed up.

This is a busy surgery. You are always treated with respect whenever you call in or telephone. I have found the receptionists and nurses to be very friendly and helpful. I have heard some patients be quite rude at times though, but on these occasions they have still remained professional.
