Only release appointments at 8. If you’re lucky a doctor will call you and decide if you need a face to face. Not seen a doctor in over 3 years. All appointments gone in 10 minutes
Today Mon 15th May..NO phones connecting and NO online form to fill in for appointments. Told by external source, forms taken offline as they have a back log...
So completely left in limbo, I suspect people will go to A&E and clog that up with minor ailments.
If I go to the surgery I expect to encounter a logjam of people wanting answers.
When this surgery will be back to what is laughably called "normal" appears to be in the lap of the Gods...
It is impossible to get an appointment. The doctor called 5 days later after I had completed the on line form. The centre betrays its name as a healthcare service- there is no healthcare or service.
If this is your surgery you had best never be ill. They have made it impossible to see a doctor. Now you can’t even fill in an online request unless it’s 8-10 or 7-8. It was hard enough six months ago. Now they’ve just shut up shop.
I rang from 8am Monday morning after my son was showing symptoms of strep virus and a very high temperature. Between 8am and 8.45 I called a total of 46 times and each time the line was busy. I drove down the surgery as I couldn't get through and ask the receptionist if I could get a call back, she said I needed to call in or fill the online form out. I proved to her I had done nothing but ring and was still ringing whilst standing at reception and the phone wouldn't connect it just said line busy.
I told her that my child needed an emergency appointment or a doctor to call today as he was showing symptoms of strep virus. I was told I would get a call that day and she took my details.
Surgery has closed for the day and I haven't received any contact from the surgery at all.
Absolutely disgusting considering children are dying of this virus and parents are on high alert.
