I found the receptionists Parveen and Marcus incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. I was new to the area and having to undergo many different tests. All the doctors that I saw, especially Dr Oganya was amazing. Helpful, friendly and transparent. I am fully aware of the stresses and time constraints placed upon appointment slots. The duty of care was at all times exceptional and on point. I have now moved to another area and will miss them all. I wish them all the very best. Thankyou

I had a really bad experience at Streatham Park Surgery when I went there whilst experiencing a mental health crisis. It was made so much worse by the doctor I saw there who was extremely rude, cruel, unprofessional and neglectful. I called after and asked for the complaint policy several times but I still haven't received it. This is such a shame as other doctors I have seen there have been really good. I've since felt too scared to go to the doctors after this horrible experience and because nobody there is taking it seriously or doing anything about it.
