Being a patient of the Stratford Health Centre for at least 3 years can reassure you - a useless centre and useless "specialists". Many occasions when the service was terrible, starting from the appointments you can only make by calling in at 8 am on the day, rude and helpless receptionists (they demand respect but don't know how to respect in return), ridiculous waiting times (30-40 mins on the phone), huge lack of communication, and professionalism. The last drop was I waited for the neurologist for 8 months and got discharged without seeing one because Dr Hamza hasn't provided enough detail on my referral. Potential migraines he said. And after 8 months neurologist sends me back to Dr Hamza saying "migraines to be treated by GP". Coinsidence? Would be if not all these endless mistakes and awful service during my 3 years with them. While these nurses, doctors, and specialists compete against each other in the art of bureaucracy, patients suffer, their health worsens and some even die.
