On 19/02/2018 my medical equipment for diabetes was stolen with my bike.In a panic I went to the surgery who issued an emergency prescription immediately for a replacement Novopen which I collected from the local pharmacy within 2 hours of the theft.Very impressed with their service at a critical time.
I rang on Friday 26th, was on hold for 10 minutes. When a female receptionist answered, she said hello, I heard her clearly, I’m assuming she did not hear me straight away as she repeated hello before quickly hanging up. After being on hold for 10 mins this was very frustrating. I rang back straight away and was 5th caller in one, waited another 10 mins on hold before an automated message said my call could not be taken and to call back later. My baby daughter needs medical advice over the phone, so I called a third time. After being on hold for a few minutes the line was cut off. Bad service
