Saw practice nurse for Diabetic review. Very satisfied with level of care and attention to detail. Review included Doppler of feet and general skin check, blood pressure and detailed spoken history/current experience. Able to view blood and urine results on screen with good explanation. Clear plan for follow up and advice re skin creams. On going support.
Only criticism was hVing to wait about half and hour which Is unusual but such lovely focus and attention once with the nurse, possibly explains why running late as was given ample time to undress/dress and ask questions - perhaps more time needed to be allocated as complicated disease especially in new, elderly, patients.
Receptionists always friendly and helpful in the extreme, especially with elderly patients.

Thank you for your kind comments. Apologies that you had to wait half an hour for your appointment. Unfortunately sometimes a patient may need a little more time with one of the clinicians which may cause their surgery to run on the late side. We do try to allocate patients enough time with the doctor or nurse however in some cases more time is needed.

my views are as follows although Dr sule is extremely busy he has always returned my phone call requests and very quicky too he also helps me and gives me good advice ,Would also like to say that the receptionists and nurses are very helpful too, Great care very happy with all, I truly could not think of any constructive suggestions

Getting appointments is sometimes a pain but everyone at this surgery is helpful and willing to help as much as possible.
