Rude reception staff who talk over you. The doctor who did my telephone appointment passed personal opinions on myself over the phone, was dismissive and failed to let me answer any questions without louding sighing or interrupting me. Due to this I got upset and they continued to be very insensitive to the nature of my medical issue. They stated that they worries there will be a 'show down' if I was to approach the surgery which is completely inappropriate and unproffesional. Calls are recorded unfortunately for this doctor. They lacked the ability to be mindfull and questioned my ability to comply despite them being the only interruption in finishing all their questions as they would not let me fully answer without repeating my name and interrupting me again despite me initially being calm and informative before the doctor upsetting myself. As it regards to my health you would think they were obliged to listen and important information will not be communicated due to this doctors lack of obtaining a basic duty of care for myself the patient.
