The midwife at this surgery is more than useless. She does not fill me with any confidence in her. She does not appear to be remotely interested in her patients, and if you try to get hold of her on any day other than Tuesday you have no hope, as she is always off. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful and getting an appointment any time soon is as easy as finding hens teeth.

Easy check in system therefore you rarely need to see the receptionist which lets them get on with other things. Phones are answered quickly -this is important to me. Nice little area for children to play and wait. Friendly nurses, midwife and rare visits to the GP have been good. Good parking. Generally good service. Thanks

This practice is completely disorganised. Over the years there have been many mistakes in my dealing with them either to do with repeat prescriptions or not being advised of test results or requirement to attend for a routine blood test or indeed the annual flue jab. Very recently there have been difficulties in dealing with repeat prescriptions where items that should be on the list are not - although it was promised the list would be corrected it has not been so wasted my time and cost having to go back for the item. I wonder how patients less able cope with this.
