I have heard people complain about the receptionists at SRS, but I have always found them very helpful. I find that if you treat people with courtesy and respect, then that is what you get back.

The only improvements I can think of would require more doctors, and more cash for the NHS.

Great timely service with such friendly staff when I felt anxious and indecisive. Receptionists are very professional and kind and accommodating where the surgery can be.

Service of reception was exceptional. Serena helped with a problem for me, found a solution and contacted me to update. Outstanding service. The lady booking appointments, I didn’t get her name was very helpful too.

Great experience all round, I have always been able to get an appointment within 48 hrs or on the day if urgent, receptionists are polite and do their best to help. Doctors and nurses are excellent especially Dr Whittaker, Dr Purwar, Dr Teo and Nurse Ruth. I'm sure all others are just as good but have not had much contact with them. Agree that the waiting room is a little tired but that is not my priority when visiting the doctor, I would rather have the money spent on continuing to receive great care.
