Although the Surgery went through, in my opinion, a bad patch last year with regard to making appointments, they now have their act together and I have found it straight forward and timely to make an appointment. A new registration system is also in place when you arrive at the Surgery that lets the Doctor/Nurse know that you are there. Wait times seem to be well under control.
My last two visits have been to the Nurses. Both have been bang on time and the level of care has been great. I was fully engaged with the processes.
I use the online service for prescriptions, which works well but have yet to try on-line appointments. I will review when I do.
