From booking appointments to seeing the doctor the staff act in a professional manner and make you feel comfortable and the doctors always have time to talk to you if you need to ask any questions.

Very poor service at this surgery (not by the Doctors, mainly by the reception staff) Normally can't get an appt, unhelpful borderline rude staff. Can't get so speak to the practice manager, on hold for ever. Type of surgery that gives all GP surgeries a bad name.
