We are travelling abroad shortly, and will need the appropriate vaccinations. In the past these have been done for free, but now we have to pay privately. For example, we have been informed that a meningitis vaccination will now cost fifty pounds. Since Dr Ndukwe took over, everything seems to cost money, and the NHS is no longer free at the point of use. I thought this is why we pay our taxes? Suddenly what used to be free at STANHOPE Surgery at Waltham Cross, has now become a money making business for Dr Ndukwe?

Stop charging for everything.

My wife received a message informing her that she should have a mammogram. She has had all her mammograms at Chase Farm Hospital in the past, and they have her records there. When I phoned Chase Farm up, however, they said they could only make an appointment with a referral from the GP. When I contacted Stanhope Surgery, they said they don't do referrals. Bizarre.

Abide by NHS Choice and make a referral.

If you need help. Go to A&E for 9 hours with a very sick husband and then 4 days later call 111. Do not bother going to the surgery and beg. The answer is no.. .Not allowed, no appointments. Go to A&E...surgery cannot get in touch with hospital for diagnoses not allowed. Cannot prescribe anything no report from hospital, proceedure. Wait 2 weeks. He will be dead by then I think.
