I have suffered with episodes of tonsilitis for a few years now ever since being at Staines Health Group. Unlike the previous GP I was under who left me to suffer Staines Health Group have always been there for me, managing to fit me in for appointments and never saying 'it's just viral' they have always examined me and given me the treatment I need. I have trust in faith in all of the GPs there. Doctor Silver helped my eldest daughter so much when she was ill for a few years ago with a severe chest infection and she diagnosed her asthma, she was also a massive help when the same daughter broke her collar bone. She is supportive, honest and straight talking which I respect and like. The reception staff are always so busy but they have always dealt with my queries and requests quickly and efficiently.
