I am so grateful to belong to Staines Health Group. Everything is very easy from start to finish. I enjoy receiving the newsletter from the practice. I can always get an appointment when needed, even if there is a wait on the phone. The reception staff work very hard and are always going the extra mile to help where they can. The surgery is always clean and it is rare to get a delayed appointment.
