All the staff here are excellent. I know that there are issues in trying to get through on the telephone, especially first thing, but I cannot blame the surgery for everyone wanting an appointment at the same time! the receptionists are always pleasant (both on the phone and in person) and at times (when appropriate) they have been really helpful indeed, and I have been very grateful when they go the extra mile to help out / provide extra useful information. I know so many friends who complain about the receptionists at their GP's, and I take great pleasure in saying that I have never had any of those issues! I cannot suggest how to improve, as I suspect that this is out of the GP's hands (i.e. have more doctors available!), and I am not sure that a third phone number would help if there are not enough appointments to go round. The text reminders are a great idea, and I also like the surgery updates via email. I have always had a positive experience with the doctors, nurses, midwives and health visitors at this surgery and I am very grateful for all that you all do for me and my family, thank you.
