Front office support staff at Staines Health Group (SHG).
The medical staff at SHG receive glowing accolades on this web site, and rightly so.
But please do not forget the outstanding service provided by the front-office function which supports many aspects of the medical excellence patients receive on a daily basis. The competence, patience and caring attitude of the front office staff is beyond reproach. This support is delivered professionally, consistently and on occasions under difficult and trying circumstances. When next in SHG, please pause for a moment and take time to thank the front-office staff for all their help and assistance, always provided in a non-judgemental, non-prejudicial, caring and efficient manner. A small thank-you goes a very long way. And is well deserved.
