The GP and nurses were excellent They listened in a non judgmental way and did appropriate tests however did find it odd the health care did not clean my skin site with a alcohol wipe before obtaining blood sample with needle and said in the GP surgery we don't have to clean site like in hospital settings other than this comment I was happy with the surgery.

I have been a patient of this surgery for over 20 years. My family and I have always received the best of care and advice. This practice has excellent staff all round. It is very reassuring to be a patient here. Thankyou.

I have seen 4 doctors for the same issue with each of them telling me conflicting things. They can all tell me what it isn't but not what it is. I am waiting on an MRI scan that a doctor said he would get me in for quickly but when I booked an appointment I was told I would get an appointment in the post and that was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I don't feel that the doctors seem particularly interest in finding out what is wrong with me despite being in pain everyday. I don't expect doctors to immediately be able to diagnose things but I do expect them to try and find out what it is and seem interested. Just prescribing pain killers and hoping you will go away is not good enough

Last year my wife was taken seriously ill with nerve problems, from a bulging disk in her neck. Dr Patel was absolutely fantastic and went well beyond what we would expect to make sure she had an MRI and was admitted to Dereford. To top that off he's a really nice guy. Were very grateful C&G
