Dr Dharson is a very good doctor. Which ever doctor I see, they always listen to what I have to say and then tell me what they can do for me. I know the doctors are busy but I think the appointment time should be the time you see the doctors, some doctors always keep you waiting. Toady was OK.

31.07.15 arrived @ 8.50 for 9.00 appointment, @ 9.30 enquired how much longer I had to wait and was told I had been put in system as not showing up (booked in by Pippa), she then typed something into the computer and said I would be the next one in. This is very poor, how does this affect your stats? The doctor said I had been booked in @ 9.38? She was not aware I had been waiting since 8.50, your records should show that I had been waiting 40 mins due to an error by your staff.
