I am writing this on behalf of Mr E J Nunan who is registered deaf blind, I am his niece. Everyone we spoke to on the 'phone and at the surgery were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Karen was the lady that fixed his hearing aid.

The care was perfect my lady saw Dr. Sinar Rutherford who is absolutely fantastic and lovely. However apparently some idiot! Has stopped her from booking her own appointments which is frankly an act of gross stupidity by some moron.
Perhaps this decision should be refused! And re-thought!
